The QA Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the quality assurance strategy for the client-facing Web and Mobile applications of our audio streaming platform. This includes managing QA processes, leading test execution, mentoring QA team members, and ensuring delivery of high-quality releases across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies for features on Web(React) and Mobile platforms (React Native-( iOS/Android).
• Coordinate and execute functional, regression, smoke, and post-production testing.
• Conduct exploratory testing and identify edge-case scenarios.
• A strong Advocate of Quality not just in the testing phase but also throughout the development life cycle.
• Review product requirements and provide feedback on testability and risk by actively participating in Collaboration, elaboration/ estimation, 3 Amigos and QA walkthrough sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts in Agile ceremonies.
• Manage test documentation using JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
• Ensure thorough device and OS coverage using real devices and tools like BrowserStack.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to QA team members, ensuring consistent standards and practices.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement across QA and delivery workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a lead role.
• Deep understanding of testing Web and Native Mobile applications is a must.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and defect lifecycle.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with automation tools like Playwright, Appium is desirable.
• Prior exposure to Martech or campaign testing workflows is a plus.
• Risk assessment and impact analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Work Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am- 3pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
