The Inbound Lead Generation Strategist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate interest, and foster engagement across digital channels. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping and optimizing inbound lead generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute inbound lead generation strategies using content marketing, Payper-click Advertising, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce valuable content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and lead magnets.
- Optimize landing pages and CTAs for conversion using A/B testing and performanc analytics.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance metrics and KPIs.
- Segment and qualify leads based on behavior, engagement, and demographics.
- Research and maintain inbound lead generation database
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads
- Create and implement inbound lead generation strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Continuously improve lead generation processes and techniques
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet company criteria
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in inbound marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation.
- Proven track record in inbound lead generation and sales.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion rate optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing
- Experience in paid ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and results-driven attitude.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B or tech/IT industries.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
- Graphic design or basic video editing skills.
Work Details
- Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
- Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
- Status: Full time employment | Contract
