SEO Specialist
We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to help improve our organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support our broader digital marketing goals. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and content sides of SEO and can work collaboratively to implement best practices across our web presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for search engines.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using SEO Hike.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, site speed).
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Support link-building initiatives and outreach campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
• Familiarity with paid search and how it complements organic efforts.
• Basic understanding of UX and conversion rate optimization.

Work Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
• Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
