About the role
You will play a key role in shaping how Salesforce is used as our core CRM across the business. You will lead the optimization and ongoing evolution of Salesforce, guiding teams on best practice, driving change, and improving efficiency, data quality, and adoption.
Working closely with Sales, Program, Finance, and Product teams, you will ensure Salesforce enables strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and clear commercial insight. This is a highly visible role with real influence over how the business operates and scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimising and governing Salesforce as the primary CRM for the Clients Business Rewards
- Designing and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales, program, and executive audiences
- Driving CRM best practice, adoption, and efficient sales processes across the business
- Maintaining data quality across leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities
- Monitoring pipeline health, stage progression, and opportunity ageing
- Producing weekly and monthly sales performance and forecast reporting
- Supporting commercial analysis across payments, program fees, and revenue
What We Are Looking For
You will likely bring
- 7+ years experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, or commercial analytics
- Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard capability
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and revenue drivers
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insight
Experience in high performance sales environments is highly regarded.
Work Details
- Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
- Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
- Status: Full Time Employment
