Position Description

The role of the frontend software developer is to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Frontend Software Developer responsibilities will include development, writing code, and documenting functionality.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Execute full lifecycle software development.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Document and maintain software functionality.
• Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics.
• Serve as a subject matter expert.
• Comply with project plans and industry standards.
• Comply with the Integrated Management System including all information security policies.
• Report any information security incidents and risks to your manager.
• Seek assistance if unsure of any quality or information security requirements.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in software development.
• JavaScript (ES20**), HTML, CSS.
• Some familiarity with statically typed languages (e.g. TypeScript).
• Performance optimization & profiling Modern CSS layout (Flexbox & CSS Grid).
• Experience with and a passion for UI design.
• Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment.
• Strong sense of web design and attunement to the fundamentals of UX, including accessibility.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes.
• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering is regarded.

• Deliver and test applications in a timely manner.

Work Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am- 3pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
• Location: Makati | Work from Home Until Further Notice
• Status: Full time employment
