About the role

As the client continues to develop its best-in-class audio platform, data is becoming an increasingly valuable asset within the business. As such, the integrity, accuracy, and usability of this data are of the utmost importance.

We are seeking an Analytics Specialist to support the accuracy, consistency, and quality of analytics across our digital platforms. This role combines business analysis, analytics implementation, and quality assurance, working closely with product, engineering, and data teams to maintain reliable tracking and reporting while establishing and upholding strong analytics best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document analytics tracking requirements, events, and parameters for web and mobile apps
  • Test and validate analytics tracking in development, staging, and production environments
  • Use SQL in Google BigQuery to validate event data and support analytics unit testing
  • Identify tracking issues, data gaps, and inconsistencies, and escalate them to the relevant teams
  • Support analytics implementations in GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Run regression testing after product or tracking changes to keep tracking consistent across releases and platforms
  • Work closely with senior analysts, engineers, and product teams to improve data quality
  • Partner with the Data team to ensure the data layer is well-defined, accurate, and aligned with downstream segmentation and reporting needs

 

Specific Attributes, Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Essentials

  • Experience in analytics, digital, product, or technology roles
  • Exposure to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • SQL skills with experience or exposure to querying data in Google BigQuery, particularly for testing and validation
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with mobile app analytics (e.g. Firebase).
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Looker Studio, or other analytics/MarTech tools.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and digital user journeys.
  • Experience working with event‑based analytics or tracking plans.

Work Details

 

  • Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
  • Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
  • Status: Full time employment
