About the Role

  • We are seeking a diligent & detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. The HR Administrator will support day-to-day operations of the HR department, assist with the implementation and subsequent compliance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Seniority level: Junior- Mid

Key responsibilities

  • Administer, manage process and systems to ensure they align to HR and organisational objectives and are fit for purpose, or modified as necessary to ensure continuous improvement against best practice.
  • Administer and support the implementation of changes or modifications to HR systems and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Create and review Management Information (MI) to contribute to the delivery of analytics and reports which contribute to the business making effective people decisions
  • Owning employee information updates and providing outstanding customer service to employees.
  • End to end administration, including employee onboarding, internal movements, separations and changes to employment terms and conditions, offboarding as well as the maintenance of employee personnel files.
  • Accountable for the administration and upkeep of the ‘HR Inbox’ which includes providing support and advice to line managers regarding recruitment, policy, and procedure interpretation.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and assist with the deployment of relevant programs.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support to Organisational Development, Wellbeing and Talent Acquisition portfolios as required.

Requirements

  • Qualification Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, management or related field (Preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in the relevant field.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of administration.
  • Experience & Technical Competencies.
  • At least 1 year experience as HR administrator / HR Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency with HRIS software.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated detail-oriented skill and the ability to handle various and multiple functions simultaneously, including the ability to priorities task and work to deadlines.
  • Proven IT skills in Microsoft 365, Microsoft word, database and excel with the ability to learn other software system as required.
