Position Overview:

• We are looking for someone who is Senior. Strategic and    Knowledgeable of Release Methodologies, specifically using Copado for CI/CD.
• The project is with a well regarded retail and online travel company

Technical Summary:

• Tool Set:  Copado CI/CD
• Release Planning & Coordination:
  • Senior resource that will own the story progression and release cycle.
  • Aligning release schedules with business goals and coordinating across multiple teams (which brings people management challenges).
  • Manage deployment, suggest and implement improvements and automations, manage pipelines, quality gates, org variables, find & replace rules, data deployment.

• Environment Management: Managing Dev, ST, SIT, UAT, Staging and Prod environments, ensuring consistency and readiness.
• Deployment Execution: Overseeing deployments using Copado CI/CD
• Change Control & Governance: Enforcing approval workflows, rollback plans, and compliance standards.
• Documentation & Communication: Maintaining release notes, deployment logs, and stakeholder updates.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Must have at least 5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to own User Story progression and Release Cycle.
• MUST have recent Experience using Copado CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skill and leadership ability.
