About the Role

• As a Fullstack Developer, you are an experienced full-stack developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining various products and parts of our shared technology infrastructure. Our tech stack includes TypeScript/React and PHP/Laravel, deployed on the Google Cloud ecosystem. Whilst you may be more of a frontend or backend specialist, you’re comfortable in moving through all parts of the stack to deliver a successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to both frontend and backend development, ensuring high-quality results across the stack.
• Work within the Legacy platform.
• Write clean, maintainable code that aligns with best practices and the existing codebase style.
• Build and maintain modern, scalable APIs and web applications using PHP/Laravel and TypeScript/React.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to deliver features that meet business goals.
• Actively support the reduction of technical debt and continuous code quality improvements.
• Participate in peer reviews, providing constructive feedback and sharing knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related field.
• Experience with PHP/Laravel and React (or similar frontend frameworks).
• Proven success working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience writing and maintaining tests, including unit and integration tests.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset, supporting and uplifting team members while contributing to a positive team culture.
• Pragmatic approach to technology—prioritising proven, reliable solutions over trendy tools unless they offer clear benefits.
• Flexibility to work across the entire stack and learn new technologies as required.

Nice to Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with any of the following technologies:
  • AI/ML
  • Data analytics
  • Kubernetes
• Previous Real Estate experience

Work Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
• Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
• Status: Full Time Employment
