About the role:
As a Survey Feature Extractor, you will be responsible for identifying, extracting, and processing features from digital survey datasets. You’ll work directly with point clouds, orthomosaics, and digital elevation models (DEMs), using data captured via photogrammetry or LiDAR from drones and scanners. This role is ideal for experienced surveyors seeking to transition from fieldwork to an office-based environment, applying their practical knowledge to virtual survey data and contributing to high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate, visualize, and manage cadastral data.
• Process UAV and scan data to generate accurate models and outputs.
• Extract survey features from spatial datasets.
• Manage tasks and workflows to ensure timely and precise client deliverables.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries and collaborate effectively with project teams.
• Stay current with evolving software tools and workflows, adapting as needed.

Requirements

• Qualification in Surveying, Geodetic Engineering, Spatial Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in the land surveying industry.
• Strong aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and software.
• Excellent time management, task prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Familiarity with tools such as QGIS, Agisoft Metashape, BricsCAD/AutoCAD, and Cyclone 3DR is desirable but not essential.
• Flexibility to adapt to new platforms and workflows as technology evolves.

Work Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
