About the role
We are seeking an Analytics Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of analytics across our digital platforms. This role blends business analysis, analytics implementation, and quality assurance, acting as the bridge between product, engineering, and data teams to safeguard the integrity of our tracking and reporting ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Translate business needs into clear, testable analytics tracking requirements.
• Write and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for analytics.
• Document analytics layers for long-term consistency across teams.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validate tracking in development builds to ensure events are firing correctly.
• Raise and manage bugs and defects, working closely with engineering teams.
• Ensure schema alignment across development and production environments.
Analytics Platform Implementation
• Own tag management workflows in Google Tag Manager, GA, Salesforce.
• Ensure accurate data flow from data layers into analytics tools.
• Manage consistent tracking across LiSTNR and Client digital properties.
Monitoring & Issue Detection
• Continuously monitor streaming, search, onboarding, and drop-off events for accuracy.
• Proactively identify anomalies and potential risks in reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to resolve data quality issues.
Debugging & Regression Testing
• Investigate and diagnose analytics issues in production.
• Conduct regression testing for major product or infrastructure releases.
• Validate integrations with MarTech and backend systems
Specific Attributes, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in working in product, technology, data or strategy teams or related roles.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management and sprint planning,
with proficiency in agile delivery toolkits (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, covering application, web, mobile, and UX/UI
practices
• Strong experience in analytics QA and GTM/GA implementations.
• Skilled in requirement documentation.
• Knowledge of SQL (basic to intermediate) for debugging and validation.
• Hands-on with Google Analytics, GTM, Firebase, BigQuery, Salesforce, Looker Studio.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on translating
technical requirements into business value.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills as well as a high attention to detail.
• Experience working with data visualisation tools is beneficial for understanding and
shaping stakeholder-facing reporting solutions.
• Experience defining tracking and analytics requirements for a digital product.
• Knowledge of UX design principles is desirable.

Work Details
• Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on
business needs
