The Reporting Platform Specialist will play a critical role in shaping and delivering client’s reporting and analytics initiatives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Product and Content teams, this role focuses on translating business needs into actionable insights by leveraging client’s toolsets and Business Intelligence and analytical methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert for Domo, driving the design, development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical reporting requirements, ensuring they align with organisational goals and are clearly understood for implementation.
• Translate defined business requirements into technical solutions:
  • Data Integration: Connect and manage data sources within Domo to ensure accurate and up-to-date data availability for reporting.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and build intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and reports tailored to business requirements.
  • Platform Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and optimization of the Domo platform, including troubleshooting and ensuring system efficiency.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing to verify the accuracy, functionality and reliability of dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Support and Enhancement: Provide technical support for existing dashboards, implement updates as needed, and ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate the integration of data sources from tools like Google BigQuery, Looker, Power BI, and Salesforce CRM into comprehensive BI solutions.
• Ensure that reporting outputs align with client’s broader data governance and strategy frameworks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data pipelines, model data and enhance the scalability of BI solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics or dashboard development.
• Advanced expertise in Domo, including dashboard creation, data source management and platform administration (certifications preferred).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modelling principles, and JSON/NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and create actionable, visually compelling dashboards.
• Hands-on experience in BI platform maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Familiarity with Australian data privacy laws and compliance best practices.
• Experience with Google BigQuery , LookerStudio, Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to align technical work with business objectives.

Work Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
