Missy Arcenal is a seasoned professional with an impressive background in the outsourcing and tech industry. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines, showcasing her academic excellence from the very beginning.
Further solidifying her credentials, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Program Management from the prestigious Ateneo de Manila University. Her professional experiences also boast stints at prominent corporations like QBE Insurance and IBM.

In April 2015, Flexisource IT presented Missy with a compelling opportunity.
Looking back, she never envisioned leaving the comfort and security of large corporations for a startup venture. At that time, Flexisource IT is a small startup with only 16 employees and limited resources.
