Technical Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines.
• Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs.
• Conduct research to formulate topics and content ideas for both internal and external projects.
• Write content for white papers, newsletters, brochures, case studies and other related digital collaterals.
• Independent information gathering from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write high-quality content and articles.
• Edit and proofread existing contents as needed and use SEO principles to maximize reach.
• Write SEO-friendly contents.
• Assist in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive and accurate content.
• Keep promotional and other digital media materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphic designers, HR, marketing and other stakeholders, making follow-ups, and inventorying assets.
• Coordinate with event hosts and/or organizers in planning and scheduling internal and external activities or events.

Requirements:

• The Technical Writer must have a demonstrated writing experience with a portfolio of their previous works. They must be a versatile writer with experience in writing for a variety of audiences and implement the SEO best practices in terms of technical content.
• Proven experience in technical content writing, copywriting, or similar
• Highly creative and
• Portfolio of published articles
• Ability to understand and implement content marketing strategies, copy workflows, content creation process.
• Experience in SEO in technical writing and content
• Exceptional attention to detail, coordination and organizational
• Strong communication skills both oral and written and proactive
• Hands-on experience in Creative and Business Software (e.g. Google Office Suite).

Work Details:

• Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
• Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
• Status: Full time employment
