Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership
  • High-level technical problem solving
  • Train and mentor developers
  • Understand Client needs and be able to explain technical issues to the wider team
  • Bridge the technical gap between developers and project managers
  • Client facing and confident speaking with Clients
  • Understands managed services: infrastructure (AWS, Kinsta, basic hosting and domains)
  • Proactive, engaged and responsive
  • Integrations: liaising with other technical 3rd parties
  • Able to participate in discovery workshops for new websites
  • Technical understanding of (or can investigate and provide tech solutions regarding) WordPress plug ins, GTM, Zapier, database experience (SQL preferred but as long as they understand SQL databases), conversations with 3rd parties regarding Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Digital Marketing technical requirements: eg. Google tag manager- UTM tags etc.
  • Technical Documentation (can write and teach)
  • Php, wordpress, Json

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proven experience in providing technical leadership and guiding teams through high-level problem solving.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure management, including AWS, Kinsta, and basic hosting and domain management.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, PHP, JSON, and working with databases (preferably SQL).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing technical tools, such as Google Tag Manager, UTM tags, and similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation, including the ability to write and teach complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to provide technical insight and recommendations for the development of new product features
  • Expertise in evaluating WordPress plugins, GTM, Zapier, Salesforce (or other CRMs), and providing solutions for technical integrations.
  • Client-Facing and Communication Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients and explain technical details in an easily understandable way.
  • Ability to act as a bridge between technical developers and project managers, translating client needs and technical concepts clearly to both.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Experience in mentoring and training developers, guiding them through complex technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with team members and provide responsive leadership.
  • Collaborative and Integration Skills:
  • Proven experience working with third-party technical teams and leading integration efforts.
  • Ability to participate in discovery workshops for new projects, identifying technical requirements and solutions.
  • Proactive Attitude:
  • A self-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving, project management, and team engagement.

Work Details:

  • Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
  • Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
  • Status: 12 months Contract
