Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Assist the Research Director in the day-to-day management of multiple research projects.
- Coordinate timelines, track progress, and ensure that project deliverables are met on time.
- Manage recruitment efforts for qualitative data collection, ensuring the right participants are engaged for interviews, focus groups, or other qualitative research.
- Work closely with fieldwork panels to ensure the smooth execution of surveys, ensuring high-quality data collection.
- Manage the Youth Omnibus project which is a fortnightly tracking fieldwork.
Survey Design & Implementation:
- Learn and apply tools like Alchemer or SurveyMonkey to design and manage surveys for research projects.
- Assist in testing surveys with panel providers and research clients.
- Collaborate with the Research Director and other team members to ensure the clarity, logic, and flow of survey questions.
Panel Management:
- Help manage and coordinate multiple research panels, ensuring high quality fieldwork.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of panel participants, monitoring participation rates and troubleshooting any panel management issues.
Data Collection:
- Support data collection efforts, ensuring that all data is collected in a timely and ethical manner.
- Conduct quality checks and finals eth fieldwork process with panel providers.
- Manage qualitative interviews and participants before and after focus groups, interviews and workshops.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Research Director and panel team members to provide support across all stages of the research process.
- Communicate effectively with external vendors, research participants, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to managemultiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn survey design tools such as Alchemer orSurveyMonkey.
- Basic understanding of market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with panel management or participant recruitment is an advantage but not required.
