About the Role:
The Lead Generation Administrator will play a critical role in building and maintaining accurate, high-quality customer contact databases. The primary responsibility will be sourcing key contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, and business addresses, and ensuring the data is verified and up-to-date.

The Lead Generation Administrator will work closely with the Business Development (BD) team to provide reliable and targeted data that will be fed into the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, supporting the sales process and contributing to lead generation and sales pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Sourcing and Collection: Proactively research and gather high-quality customer contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, business addresses, and other relevant
    details from various sources (online databases, public directories, industry-specific platforms, etc.).
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Ensure all collected data is accurate, current, and valid through thorough vetting and verification processes. Regularly cross-check and update data to maintain integrity and reduce errors.
  • CRM Data Entry and Management: Input and maintain clean and structured data in the CRM system, ensuring all leads are correctly tagged, categorized, and ready for the Business Development team to
    utilize.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the Business Development team to understand their data needs and priorities, providing them with targeted, high-quality leads that align with sales
    objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Refinement: Assist in segmenting and categorizing data for more effective sales outreach and campaigns. Provide insights into the effectiveness of data sourcing strategies.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure that all data sourcing and handling complies with data protection regulations and company privacy policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data entry, lead generation, or market research, ideally in a relevant sales or administrative role.
  • Prior experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, industry databases).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and verification.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle and priorities multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations.

 

Work Details:

  • Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on
    business needs
  • Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
  • Status: Full time Employment
