Client: Founded in 2003, they’re an end-to-end supplier of engineering, surveying, and geotechnical services to the building and land development industries.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day support to Geotechnical Management to insure business performance of the geotechnical department.
- Oversee administration of the business unit, including booking, invoicing, audits, training and project coordination.
- Support documentation and processes for business and financial initiatives.
- Coordinate across divisions to ensure strategies are deployed appropriately.
- Work with Project Managers, Geotechnical Engineers and Managers to ensure the projects are delivered on time
- Oversee the required maintenance of accurate electronic reporting and submission of all advice, relevant information, and forms.
- Manage the project registration of all project administration requirements and maintain project data registers as per organizations data management systems, processes, and procedures.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/ medium/ long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets and company strategy.
- Provide strong administration and documentary support of project relevant meetings, reports, and requirements.
- Analyze potential and existing problems/ issues and develop practical aligned solutions.
- Provide up to date assessment of resource utilization and availability
- Provide support for any other functions as directed by Management.
Requirements:
- Completed Tertiary qualification in Business management, business administration or equivalent
- Effective management of geographically dispersed teams
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Software, in particular Excel and Word, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Internet functions.
- Strong analytical skills with focus on accuracy, validation and problem solving
- Superior interpersonal skills to handle various customer and stakeholder groups
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to communicate and provide financial information to leaders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst demonstrating the ability to work independently and to use initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
Desirable:
- Knowledge of geotechnical equipment (tools)
- Experience as a fleet manager, field experience or equivalent; and
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Accounting software, Geographical Information Systems.
Work Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM-3:00PM or 7:00am- 4:00pm (PH Time) depending on business needs
- Location: Work from home
- Status: 12mos Contract
