About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and self-driven B2B Content Marketer to join our team full-time to drive our content strategy and creation efforts. This remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, excellent writing skills, and the ability to develop and execute content strategies that align with our sales and marketing goals. You will report to the VP, Head of Marketing and Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop content marketing strategies with the Head of Marketing and independently implement them.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all channels.
  • Produce informative and action-oriented content assets across channels, including sales collateral (decks, 1-pagers), case studies, landing pages, webpages, blog posts, videos, emails, podcasts/vlogs, thought leadership articles, white papers, ads, and social media posts.
  • Develop content that supports the company’s sales initiatives and aligns with our entire customer lifecycle to support lead generation, closing, and customer success.
  • Support PR activities
  • Create content tailored to different personas and industries.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s messaging and brand voice.
  • Utilize your design skills to enhance the visual appeal of content.
  • Optimize content assets for high performance, including on-page SEO and keyword planning.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers on a project basis for advanced design, video production, etc.
  • Occasionally attend industry conferences and networking events in your region.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and create content that meets their objectives.
  • Report directly to the VP, Head of Marketing and Communications, based in Australia.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of content creation experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Excellent in Oral and Written English.
  • Excellent writing skills, editorial oversight, verbal communication, and storytelling prowess.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality content that drives leads and brand awareness.
  • Fluency with different writing styles: from catchy social posts to clear, simple prose that illuminates technical topics.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in creating various types of content (written, visual, video) and understanding how to tailor content for different channels and audiences.
  • Design skills to create simple visually appealing content or edit short videos (Adobe Suite or similar).
  • Knowledge or experience in the music technology industry is a significant advantage.
  • Proactive and capable of taking initiative to meet business goals.
  • A self-starter with a start-up mindset: a get-the-job-done professional equally at home in teams or solo environments.
  • Highly preferred: A background in, or understanding of, the music industry (licensing, streaming, tech) and technology (apps, white label, APIs, infrastructure, etc.)

Work Details:

  • Shift: Monday to Friday: 10:00AM – 7:00PM or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
  • Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
  • Status: Full time employment
