About the Role:
- As the BA & QA for the company’s CRM product, you’ll play a key role in translating customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements for the engineering team. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Designer, Delivery Manager, Technical Lead, and developers to ensure product enhancements are well-defined, meet business objectives, and can effectively developed.
- Throughout the development process, you’ll perform hands-on manual testing to ensure features are delivered to a high standard—meeting the documented requirements and being free of critical issues before reaching customers. Your contributions will help drive both product quality and team efficiency, ensuring the company continues to set the benchmark for excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis
- Develop a deep understanding of company’s products and the real estate industry.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document product requirements.
- Help refine and break down features into user stories, acceptance criteria, and proje goals.
- Identify gaps in requirements, chase down answers, and ensure the team has all necessary details.
- Build out, contribute to Product Requirement Documentations (PRDs), user flows, a other documentation that guide development efforts.
- Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to keep customer experience front and centre.
- Create, document, and execute test plans/test cases to validate features against requirements.
- Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA, supporting timely resolutions.
- Perform regression testing to confirm existing functionality remains intact.
- Contribute to release processes with user-facing documentation and hands-on participation in sprint ceremonies.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in a SaaS environment with exposure to both BA and QA duties.
- Proven ability to tackle product problems from concept to resolution.
- Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
- Experience in facilitation or coaching is an advantage.
- Customer Support background is a plus (but not required).
- Real estate or engineering experience is highly valued.

Work Details:
- Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
- Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
- Status: Full time employment or Contract set-up
