Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Specialist
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Salesforce Campaign Specialist to join. This role will own the end-to-end orchestration of campaigns across In-App, Push, and Email within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and will also play a key role in segment creation and activation in Salesforce Data Cloud.
You will be responsible for building, testing, QA, executing, and reporting on campaign with precision, while ensuring segments are well-defined, activated, and leveraged efficiently in Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage customer journeys in Journey Builder, incorporating complex logic.
- Create, test, and deploy campaigns via Email Studio, Push, and In-App messaging
- Perform rigorous QA across all campaign components to ensure flawless execution
- Build and activate audience segments in Salesforce Data Cloud for use in Journey Builder
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation including audience definitions, business rules, and journey flows
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, align on campaign goals, and continuously improve program performance
- Monitor campaign results and provide reporting and insights using SFMC and connected analytics tools
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio
- Experience using Salesforce Data Cloud to build and activate audience segments
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, data extensions, and personalization technique
- Strong attention to detail in testing, QA, and campaign execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
- Experience with Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio) and one-time email recipes (desirable)
- Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, or Automation Studio
- Familiarity with privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
- Exposure to tools such as Litmus and Validity testing tools
Work Details
- Shift: Monday to Friday: (AU time – 6:00am 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time) ; depending on business needs
- Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
- Status: Full time employment
