Program Coordinator
This role is responsible for managing program governance, coordinating campaigns, and delivering enterprise reporting across multiple reward and payment initiatives. The position supports the Program Manager by ensuring seamless execution of key tasks and activities, enabling a stronger focus on strategy and client engagement.
The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting the day-to day operations that drive the success of enterprise program partnerships within the business rewards division
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination & Launch – Manage new programs and initiatives launch, coordinate workshops, ongoing steering committee agendas, capture requirements, and oversee timelines. Liaise with internal teams (product, tech, finance, operations) to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely program launches. Support readiness activities including training, communications, reporting setup, and documentation.
- Planning & Reporting – Prepare internal and customer-facing reports to support tracking and forecasting of key business rewards programs and initiatives.
- Campaign & Customer Engagement – Manage campaign calendars, setup, and reporting. Align sales messaging with campaigns, support pre-campaign outreach, keep the Sales and Relationship Managers informed of activity and bonus offers to enable meaningful customer conversations.
- Support Issue Management – Act as the first point of contact for the frontline team and customer queries. Troubleshoot and resolve issues where possible, escalating when needed.
- Sales Administrative Support – Contribute to process improvements across sales, campaigns, and program delivery by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Adhoc Administrative Tasks – As required by the EBR division
Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven experience preparing reports, and performance insights.
- Strong analytical capability to track KPIs, campaign outcomes, and ROI, translating data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Sales.
- Skilled in CRM management, documentation, and maintaining accurate records
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Work Details
- Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
- Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
- Status: Full time employment
